Comedian Michael Rapaport revealed a surprising detail during his appearance on Andy Cohen’s Watch What Happens Live. He unveiled that the couple’s 2000 wedding featured an opulent caviar wall that they generously treated their guests to.
Recalling the lavish event held in Malibu, attended by 200 friends atop a cliff, Rapaport emphasized that no expenses were spared.
“I attended Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston’s wedding. They had an entire wall of caviar. I even have some of it saved,” he humorously quipped to the host. This revelation left Cohen taken aback, leading him to question why this topic hadn’t surfaced in Rapaport’s previous 87 appearances on the show.
Rapaport amusingly shared how he’s been savoring the luxurious delicacy for over two decades, stating, “I’m still indulging in the caviar from that event.”
Interestingly, the couple’s nuptials also included a performance by Billy Preston. “Billy Preston performed,” Rapaport mentioned, adding, “A substantial investment was made.”
However, their marital journey concluded with a divorce in 2005. Despite this, both Aniston and Pitt have maintained an amicable relationship as they continue on their individual romantic paths.
Jennifer Aniston later entered into and ended a marriage with Justin Theroux. Reflecting on her past marriages in a 2018 Elle interview, she shared, “In my personal opinion, my marriages have been quite successful. When they ended, it was a choice made in pursuit of happiness, recognizing that happiness may no longer thrive in that arrangement.”
Meanwhile, Brad Pitt embarked on a long-term partnership with Angelina Jolie in 2005, which eventually led to marriage and, subsequently, a divorce in 2016.
