Japanese Stainless Manufacture
One of the most respected names in the global stainless manufacturing world is Osaka Stainless. This is the Japanese company many international firms run to when they need high nickel alloy, stainless steel, or regular steel products made. The company has one main guiding policy and that is to be dependable. This word encompasses everything you would want in a product: excellence because it works and quality because the materials are never compromised. Osaka Stainless has been around for 38 years and not once have they been not been unable to fulfill the needs of their clients. That is a true testimony to their dedication and empathy for clients.
When it began to operate in 1973, the company had a small capital of 3 million Yen. They concentrated on 3 main products: SS400, S45C, and the SUS304 which were high-nickel alloy and steel outputs. After 13 years, their growth really began to rise upward when they began selling high-nickel alloy products. By this time their capital increased to 9 million yen. Two years later their capital was reported at 25 million Yen and by 1999 at 50 million Yen. Their subsidiaries are Yaga Metal products Co., Ltd located in China and the Kawaguchi Material Center.
Japan’s heavy metal industry is not just Osaka Stainless. There are other companies in Japan who are equally successful or close to achieving the success of Osaka. We live in a highly industrialized world where heavy metal is used everywhere. The reason why any respectable company would prefer Osaka or Japanese workmanship over others is their reputation for exactness and discipline. They will never accept mediocrity or selling something that “okay.” For them, it has to be perfect. It doesn’t matter of the order is for one piece or for millions of pieces. The approach is always the same.
In addition, the Japanese metal industry is known for using the right materials and never taking short-cuts for profit. Thus, outputs are reliable and can handle high stress aside from being cost effective. Many are amazed that the Japanese stainless steel never rust because of the alloy they use that prevents oxygen and iron from coating their stainless steel products.
